How do I purchase the License?
Purchase through the Microsoft Store as an in-app purchase. It's linked to your MS account, so you can use it on any device with the same account.
How does payment work?
It's a one-time purchase. Pay once and use all features permanently.
How does AI Chat work?
License holders can connect their own API key to use AI Chat. API costs are separate, and WriteAway does not store your API key on our servers.
Are my documents safe?
For your security, WriteAway stores all documents exclusively on your computer. No documents are ever uploaded or stored on our servers — only you have access.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow Microsoft Store's refund policy. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
