Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains payments and refunds related to the WriteAway License (paid) purchase. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

1. Refund Before Service Use

If you have not used the service after payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the payment date.

  • Within 7 days of payment: Full refund
  • After 7 days: No refund (negotiable if service was not used)

2. Microsoft Store Refund

The WriteAway License is sold through the Microsoft Store, and refunds follow the Microsoft Store refund policy.

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Refund may be requested per Microsoft Store refund policy
  • After 14 days: Refunds may be limited per Microsoft Store policy.
  • Refund requests should be made directly through your Microsoft Store order history.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If more than 7 days have passed since payment and the service has been used
  • If access was restricted due to a violation of the Terms of Service
  • Promotional or complimentary service offerings

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after the request is received.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
